Executive Director
Reports to Next Level Management Company and/or The Lamoine Owner
Position Summary:
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of
The Lamoine Assisted Living and Memory Care. This includes ensuring high-quality resident
care and satisfaction, maintaining regulatory compliance, driving financial performance,
developing a strong team culture, and fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families,
staff, and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the community’s success.
● Promote a positive and caring environment that supports residents’ dignity, choice, and
independence.
● Oversee all departments including operations, care, dining, activities, maintenance, and
sales/marketing.
● Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
● Manage budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals to achieve business objectives.
● Recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining high morale and engagement.
● Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community
partners.
● Collaborate marketing efforts to maintain and increase occupancy.
● Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and corporate leadership.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, gerontology, or related field
(Master’s preferred).
● 3–5 years of management experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operations effectively.
● Familiarity with state licensing and compliance requirements for assisted living and
memory care.
● Compassionate, resident-centered mindset with a focus on quality and service
excellence.
● A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred)
