Dawn Piper has been teaching for over 16 years. She is an experienced and registered yoga teacher, certified yoga therapist, and owner of Free Range Yoga and Community Wellness Center.
Dawn will take you through a glorious warm-up, some gentle yoga movements, strength work for glutes and abs that you'll actually enjoy, balance work (before the drinks!).
