Yoga & Beer
Join us in the taproom Saturday, July 16th
from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm for yoga, followed by a drink.

The cost is $20 and can be purchased at Forgottonia Brewing or online. This includes the Yoga instruction and one beverage at Forgottonia Brewing.
The maximum number of participants is 20 so get your tickets now!
The All-Levels Yoga class is provided by Dawn Piper, a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, and owner of Free Range Yoga and Community Wellness Center. You'll enjoy a thorough warm-up, some flowing Sun Salutations (modified or full), work to strengthen glutes and abs, balance work (before the beer!), deep stretches (hamstrings and quads tight anyone?!), plus a relaxing cool down, and deep breathing. All of that and then we top it off with a refreshing beverage!
Bring a yoga mat, beach towel or blanket, water, and any props you'd like. Blocks and a strap are handy if you have them.
