Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of clinical managers and programs, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to diagnosis, treatment planning, and case assignments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Clinical Consultation: Provide valuable clinical consultation and direction to team leads and clinical staff, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
- Community Engagement: Drive community-focused initiatives, establishing relationships and agreements to enhance the impact of clinical programs.
- Strategic Implementation: Develop and execute plans to implement services that align with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of clinical services.
- Coordination and Support: Assist the Vice President-Operations in the clinical, administrative, and fiscal coordination of services in the Fulton County area.
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree with licensure that qualifies as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts
- Proven leadership experience in clinical operations and program management within a Behavioral Health Agency
- Required 1-2 years of experience working in a Director role within a social service agency
- Knowledge and experience with Substance Use treatment.
