What you’ll do:

Onsite and remote workstation and network management
Troubleshoot backup issues and make applicable changes
Implement security compliance standards
Deploy server application upgrades 
Maintain and enhance proactive maintenance systems 
Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server Active Directory environments 
Work with Level 1 Techs to provide mentoring and escalated support to Service Desk Technicians 
Intermediate Voice over IP support. 
Assist with new project implementations via cross-departmental collaboration

Excellent Communication (verbal/written): Communication with our clients must be clear, concise, and confident. 
Ability to change tasks rapidly: great organization skills are key to success in this area
Attention to detail: paying attention to the small things and using your analytical skills to make decisions
A willingness to learn: At TimbukTech we are only concerned with doing things the right way. This means learning new skills on a regular basis. 
Must complete or show valid CompTIA A+ within first 120 days of hire 




Preferred Experience: 



2-4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows environments to include Hyper-V, Setup OS, virtual switches, RAID setup and configuration 
2+ years of intermediate networking experience (setting up basic firewalls or switches)
1+ years of Office 365 (and/or Azure) experience 
1+ years proficient experience with IT ticketing systems


Required Certifications: 

CompTIA A+ 
CompTIA Network+ (or obtain within 120 days of hire) 


Compensation: $62,000 Base Salary + Certification Pay Increases & Bonuses
