Maintenance Technician

Requires general knowledge and experience in unit refurbishment to include painting, drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop installation, and flooring installation.

Experience with electrical and HVAC repairs preferred.

Must possess physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Weekend on-call requirement every 6 weeks.
