Credentialing Manager/Program Coordinator • Work Department: Center for Best Practices / Provider Connections • Class Title/Code: (5002) • Effective Date: Jan 12, 2023 • Responsibilities: • Oversees the distribution of emails, collection, and maintenance of electronic and paper files related to all criminal background checks, CANTS check, and sex offender registry checks according to Illinois State Police security protocol • Provides technical assistance for credential application completion and documentation required • Processes incoming mail, coordinates website development/maintenance • Provides technical assistance to providers regarding IMPACT • Enters new applicants and updates renewing applicants in database • Oversees emails regarding enrollment status related to Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT) for new and renewing applicants • Coordinates the creation, development, editing, revision, and posting of multimedia presentations for website with Television Services • Coordinates/distributes newsletter • Coordinates the development, maintenance, and reporting of survey results to Project Director, Co-Director, and Fiscal Agent • Attends Criminal History Symposium • Required Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field • A total of one (1) year of experience working in database management and record keeping software. *Note: Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience. • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including some overnight stays • Starting Salary: $3,052 /month • Application Deadline: Jan 31, 2023 Employment - Information & Instructions Complete an online.
