The YMCA is looking for an a part time hourly After School Coordinator to Lead our After-School Programs. This role involves managing staff, overseeing and implementing games/activities while ensuring a safe environment for children. Responsibilities include program planning, compliance with Child Care regulations, and maintaining communication with families & school partners. This position will maintain program supplies, materials, and supporting the overall cleanliness and organization of daily operations. This position requires so many years experience working with youth.  

We need someone who is motivated, able to supervise and can handle behavior management. Who have experience in Education or Early Childhood OR are going to school for certain majors: Education, Child Care, Early Childhood, Physical Education, Nursing, Social Work, Parks & Rec. Having transportation to off-site locations may be required. This position is a part-time hourly 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday. Availability working hours 1pm to 6pm, during the week. Under the supervision of the Director.
