FULL-TIME TELLER - McDONOUGH COUNTY
We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Full-Time Teller in McDonough County. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, process routine financial transactions and provide a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their banking needs.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about financial products and services.
Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
Adhere to all security and compliance procedures.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
Ability to operate a computer with Windows-based programs and other general office equipment.
