Program Coordinator of Business Operations • Work Department: ILETSB Executive Institute • Class Title/Code: https://www.sucss.illinois.gov/pages/classspec/Detail.aspx?tblClassIndexID=3687 (5002) • Effective Date: May 3, 2024 • Responsibilities: A Program Coordinator typically: • Assists in the financial management of the department programs/grants by performing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities • Understands university policy and procedure as well as the grant awarding agencies • Assists in generating and submitting quarterly reports • Monitors the university financial system to ensure payments are made correctly • Purchases items under the supervision of the Director of Operations, reviews purchase card transactions. • Assists in the financial analysis and projections of the department • Manages the department equipment inventory. • Required Qualifications: CREDENTIALS TO BE VERIFIED BY PLACEMENT OFFICER: • Bachelor's degree • Three years of experience in grant procedure and grant accounting* *Note: Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience. • Starting Salary: $4,206/month • Application Deadline: May 10, 2024 • Additional Information: Take your career to the 'Necks Level!! • Benefits begin on day one with four health plan options to choose from with vision included in each plan • The State shares the cost of health coverage with you.
