Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator
MAEDCO is seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the position of full-time administrative assistant/marketing coordinator. Qualification for this position include: excellent written and oral communication and computer skills, Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,, Publisher), graphic design and social media (i.e. Facebook, Wordpress, Canva).
Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, work independently, and provide staff support to a variety of standing and short-term committees. Minute taking required.
Must be a high school graduate; port high school education a plus and a resident of McDonough County, IL.
- Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
