Macomb Public Library is a 1903 Carnegie building 2 blocks south of the Macomb Square. The library seves the City of Macomb with a population 21,516. The library and the Western Illinois Museum share the block and has been labeled the cultural block.

Rich joined UBC in February of 2014. Rich is a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and holds a Diploma of Divinity in Church Ministries. He and his wife Amy have been married for over twenty years and they have been blessed with one child, Isaiah, who is a student at WIU and he and his wife Faith also serve at the Church

My name is Patrick Osterman and I serve as the Vice President of Business Strategy at McDonough District Hospital. I began at MDH in September 2017. I enjoy being an active member of the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce.

I'm no stranger to Macomb, having spent the previous eight years as the Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Communications at Western Illinois University. My wife Susan and I along with our three sons love Macomb, and are fortunate to have met many great people from the area.

We've been active in the community, especially with sports related events. In my spare time, I also serve on the Macomb Little League Baseball Board of Directors.
