The 15th Annual Big Picture
The Western Illinois University and Macomb communities are invited to attend the 15th annual Big Picture event Friday, Sept. 13 in conjunction with the LGBTQ*A picnic. The Big Picture is held each year as a show of support for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender students, faculty, staff and community members. The Big Picture event will begin at 4:30 p.m. on the Multicultural Center lawn, with the formal picture being taken promptly at 4:45 p.m. (individuals interested in taking part in the Big Picture should be there no later than 4:35 p.m.).
All members or allies of the LGBTQ*A community, including family and friends, are invited to take part in the photograph. The LGBTQ*A/Unity picnic, which is also open to the campus community, will begin at 4:45 p.m. In addition to the Macomb event, students, faculty and staff at the WIU-Quad Cities campus will gather at 10 a.m. Sept. 13, outside Building C under the clock tower, for the WIU-QC Big Picture event.
