Talent Grant and Tuition Waiver Exhibition November 16 – December 10, 2021 University Art Gallery The Western Illinois University Department of Art and Design will have their Annual Talent Grant and Tuition Waiver Exhibition on display November 16 through December 10 at the Western Illinois University Art Gallery. Exhibiting students received talent grants or tuition waivers for spring 2021 and/or Fall 2021 semester(s).
