NEW PROGRAM ALERT! Intro To Foraging!
Long before grocery stores existed, even before the practice of agriculture, our ancestors lived close to the earth, hunting and gathering wild foods. Foraged foods can offer many health and well-being benefits. Some plants are even considered "superfoods", while others help build up our immune systems. Learning to forage is a fun way to discover new flavors and broaden one's perspectives on food, survival, and our connection with nature.
