First Friday with Free Range Yoga
Join us this Friday at Free Range Yoga and Community Wellness Center! Free event - if you want to donate to the McDonough County Animal Shelter, please bring pet food in cans or bags or a monetary donation that feels good to you. Totally optional! Please come regardless - meet some of our teachers and students.
Free 15 min classes to try or watch. Belly dance with AJ. Yoga with Jenna. Group fitness with Elygah.
