Yoga and Beer with our friends at Forgottonia Brewing.\n\nClass is $15 and then\, if you wish to buy a beer\, you can do so after class.\n\nJoin us in the taproom from 10:30 am - 11:30 am for yoga\, and buy a beverage afterward if you choose.\n\nYoga and Beer - In the Taproom!\n\n10:30 am - 11:30 am\n\nForgottoina Brewing Taproom\n\nThe cost is $15 and can be purchased here only. Price includes the yoga class only.\n\nThe maximum number of participants is 15 so get your tickets now!\n\nThe All-Levels Yoga class is provided by Dawn Piper\, a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist\, and owner of Free Range Yoga and Community Wellness Center.\n\nYou'll enjoy a thorough warm-up\, some flowing Sun Salutations (modified or full)\, work to strengthen glutes and abs\, balance work (before the beer!)\, deep stretches (hamstrings and quads tight anyone?!)\, plus a relaxing cool down\, and deep breathing. How fun!\n\nMasks must be worn for the duration of the event.\n\nBring a yoga mat\, beach towel\, or blanket\, water\, and any props you'd like. Blocks and a strap are handy if you have them.\n\nGet ready to move well and feel amazing in your mind\, body\, and spirit!
