DESCRIPTION:The 1st Annual Stuff the Truck Diaper Drive by Loving Bottoms Diaper Bank is happening on October 1st with a goal of collecting 90\,000 diapers.\n\nDid you know 1 in 3 families struggle with diaper need? Sometimes\, basic needs can cause the most stress for families. We've all witnessed job losses and the rising costs of essential items throughout the pandemic. These events have made it even harder for families to access items they need. To help families combat these struggles\, Loving Bottoms Diaper Bank partners with communities to provide monthly supplies of diapers to families in need. Diaper donations have reached 45-50\,000 diapers per month.\n\nTo continue supporting local families\, Loving Bottoms hosts diaper drives. The Stuff the Truck Diaper Drive will be held October 1st (at the end of Diaper Need Awareness Week).\n\nRequested donation items include:\n\nDiapers (especially sizes newborn\, 1\, 2 and 6) in new or opened packages\n\nPull-ups\n\nWipes\n\nVolunteers will be out at all locations from 8 am - 3 pm on October 1st.\n\nLocations:\n\nPeoria - Hy-Vee (Sheridan)\n\nEast Peoria - Krogers\n\nPekin - Walmart\n\nGalesburg - Walmart\n\nMonmouth - Fareway\n\nKewanee - Walmart\n\nMacomb - Hy-Vee\n\nAledo - Walmart\n\nCanton - Hy-Vee\n\nThe drive will be in a drive-thru\, Covid friendly format.
