DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us for a traditional British tea on Sunday\, May 7\, 2-4pm. Hosted by Julie-Anne Pickett\, this event is a delightful opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends as you savor traditional tea sandwiches\, scones\, biscuits\, and a lovely variety of teas. To enhance the experience even more\, consider dressing the part. For the ladies that might be your best hat\, your pearls\, your gloves\, and other appropriate tea attire. Gentleman might consider a waistcoat\, a fedora\, a boutonniere. Creative and casual elegance is the key.\n\nTickets for this charming fundraiser are $30/person and can be purchased with cash or check at the MAC during gallery hours (12n-3pm\, Tuesday & Wednesday\; 4-7pm\, Friday\; and 11am-3pm\, Saturday) or mailed to Spring Tea at the MAC\, PO Box 692\, Macomb\, IL\, 61455. Reservations may be made by phone (309-836-2782) or email (info@macombartscenter.org)\, but tickets will need to be paid for by Monday\, May 1 or reservation will be cancelled. Space is limited. Reservation form below will be available at the MAC.
