DESCRIPTION:The WIU Sustainability Committee and WIU Catering by Sodexo are hosting a Farm 2 Fork dinner\, and we hope that you will join us! We are raising money to install solar-powered lighting and charging stations at a bus stop in town that is frequented by both local patrons and WIU students. Menu: Appetizers - Bacon Popcorn\, Cheddar Basil Bites\, Fruit Bruschetta Salad - Kale Salad with Honey Vinaigrette Entree - Your choice of Chicken Roulade\, Grilled Pork Chops\, or Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers Sides- Au Gratin Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables Dessert - Apple Crisp with Cinnamon Whipped Cream Drinks - Infused Cucumber Mint Water and Chilled Apple Cider Punch The food is being locally sourced through the Macomb Food Co-op. Local vendors will be showcasing their products.
