DESCRIPTION:Earth Day Volunteer Event 2023\n\nHelp us make the Lakeview Nature Area even lovelier this spring!\n\nJoin us on Earth Day from 12:00 - 2:00 pm for a volunteer opportunity! We'll spend the morning removing invasive plants in the landscaping surrounding the Nature Center and in the Nature Area\, placing mulch\, and removing unwanted trash. We hope you'll join us for this outdoor opportunity where you can make a difference\, collect some volunteer hours\, and connect with nature!\n\nFee: FREE *Pre-registration is encouraged. Please register by April 21 to participate.*\n\nMax Enrollment: 25 Volunteers\n\nRegistration link : tinyurl.com/mpdregister\n\nNotes:\n\n- Please bring any gardening tools you like and gloves to protect your hands\n\n- Basic supplies will be provided\n\n- Water and restrooms will be provided\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 14 or older\n\n- 13 & under with adult supervision\n\n- Able to do light to heavy manual labor\n\n- COVID exposure free & symptom
