DESCRIPTION:Get your drumsticks ready! We are happy to announce that Drum Out Domestic Violence will be held on Wednesday\, October 18 from 1 PM to 2 PM at Make Fit Happen in Macomb!\n\n  This is a fun and empowering domestic violence awareness event that is free and open to the public.\n\n  After a short presentation\, everyone will get to enjoy a free POUND class courtesy of Make Fit Happen. POUND is a full-body workout that combines drumsticks\, cardio and pilates-inspired movement set to exciting music. Think of it like dancing with drumsticks! The class will be taught by Greg Todd\, Fitness Instructor.\n\n  To learn more\, call Victim Services at 309-837-6622.\n\n  If you have witnessed or experienced abuse at any point in your life\, you are not alone.
