DESCRIPTION:The Casa Latina Cultural Center at WIU will host two "D a De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead)" events\, including a free screening of the Pixar Movie "Coco" tonight (Nov. 2) at 7 p.m. in the WIU Multicultural Center Multipurpose Room. The "D a De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead)" celebration will begin 7 p.m. Friday\, Nov. 4 at the Multicultural Center. Activities include a folklorico performance\, performances by WIU Alumna Nicole Viveros\, as well as other student performers and a skull painting competition\, to name a few. The evening will also celebrate the D a De Los Muertos tradition of an altar to honor those who have passed.
